Payment Terms:
Payment for any online consultation has to be made in advance. The payment link shall be shared with the appointment details. The appointment will only be considered confirmed once the payment is received.

Once the payment is done please send its screenshot or other confirmatory details as a Whatsapp message to +919825135675.

Appointment Terms & Refund Policy:
The appointment needs to be booked using Whatsapp @9825135675.
For cancellation of your booked appointment, please inform at least 24 hours before the scheduled timings. Your money will be refunded in full (except the bank charges incurred for transfer) as soon as possible from our side. It shall preferably be returned by an online transfer or UPI from our side.

If informed within 24 hours of your scheduled timings, half the amount minus incurred bank charges will be refunded.

If for any reason (which is very unlikely unless there is something very much unavoidable), the appointment planned with you is cancelled from the doctor’s side, the amount paid till that moment shall fully be returned.

If due to some natural calamities or other social or political reasons beyond control of either of us, the appointment rescheduling needs to be done.

We also have a right to postpone the appointment if needed. We will discuss the same and decide a future date as per the convenience of both of us. If not comfortable we may cancel and the fees will be refunded in full (except the bank charges incurred for transfer) as early as possible from our side.
